I am sharing my feedback regarding my experience with Dr. Srushti, which was unfortunately quite disappointing.

Throughout the consultation and subsequent treatment, I felt that my concerns were not adequately heard or understood. * ***** *** ************* ** ** ***** ***** **** ** ****** ******* ** *** ********* ******** *** *********** **** *** ************ ********* **** ******** ****** ********.

The denture provided was not comfortable or satisfactory from the patient’s perspective. When concerns regarding the fit and comfort were raised and adjustments were requested, I did not feel that sufficient attention was given to addressing them* *** ****** ** ***** *** ******** **** ******* **** *** ******* ******* ********** *** ************* ***** *** *****.

I was also concerned that no invoice was provided, and that there was no clear prescription or adequate explanation regarding the treatment and subsequent care. Better communication *** ************ throughout the process would have made a significant difference.

I hope the clinic takes this feedback constructively and considers improving patient communication, empathy, transparency, and responsiveness to individual patient concerns—especially when dealing with elderly patients.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Srushti Shah. Throughout the treatment, she made sure I was comfortable, and doing good, kept having small conversations to keep me engaged. She also took time to explain me what is she doing during the treatment.

I had an incredible experience with this dentist! She did a perfect job on all my teeth, including a completely painless root canal which I never thought was possible.

What truly stood out was her calm and friendly nature. She always had a smile on her face throughout the entire treatment process, which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’ve honestly never come across a dentist like her before!

In just 4-5 sittings, all my cavities were treated, and my teeth are now perfectly clean and healthy. I was initially very scared about the treatment, but the way she handled everything so delicately and professionally completely changed my perspective.

Would like to thank Dr Srushti for the excellent work , my dad had to do root canal and caps done .. had heard good things about her previously from a known source and were going to go to mumbai for some work .. so showed it to her and the were satisfied with consultation and decided to go ahead with the treatment .. Dad being a senior citizen felt very comfortable and is really happy with the work done .. clean and very professional.. would highly suggest for dental treatments

I visited Dr. Srushti Shah for teeth cleaning and root canal treatment and cap.

Dr. Is professional with her work and the treatment was painless.

Also, she did zirconia cap which is made very good.

Very happy with the treatment and affordable also.

Consulted her for Molar infection. It needed a root canal. It was done in two sittings as I requested her and she very patiently n with care n dexterity completed the process. Minimal pain and was engaging me during the entire procedure. The results were just great.
