I visited Tender Skin International for recurring itchy blisters between my fingers that flare up only in hot and humid climates like India. While the clinic was clean and the appointment was on time, I was disappointed with two key aspects of my experience:

While I appreciate the staff's politeness and the prompt scheduling, I believe the clinic could greatly improve by being more attentive to patient history during diagnosis, and by ensuring transparent, *********** ******* **** ***** *********** ********* **** *******

i visited the doctor when i saw a small little spot near my feet, she recommended me the treatment and she diagnosed it with lichen planus. she literally sold me products for 15,000.

i revisited her and this time i noticed a picture right at the door saying “google won’t solve your issue” i found it a bit orthodox.

this time my lower body was covered with lichen planus and she prescribed me meds again and asked me to get my blood tested

third time i visited her, i showed the bloodtest and the lichen planus had covered my whole body, it was so extreme.

she still kept me on the same meds and i decided to cross check with another doctor.***** * ******* *** ***** ******* *** ******** **** **** ** *** ****** ****** *** ****** *** ** ****** ***** *** * ****** *** *** **** **** *** *********** *** *** *** **** **** **** *** *** *** *** ***** *** ********* **** ** ********* **** *** **** ****** ** ** ***** ***** ** *** *******

i visited her the last time and she said we’ll have to do a biopsy to know if you have lichen planus, which will charge you 5k.

i said i visited another doctor and she diagnosed it as lichen planus too.

dont visit her, you’ll be broke and your skin will suffer. i am so embarrassed of my skin cause *** ****** ***** ** ***** **** ** ******** ****** ** *******

Today I had my treatment with Priya, and I am honestly extremely happy with the experience. I had a Lymphatic Facial along with RF, and the entire treatment was so relaxing and soothing that I genuinely didn’t feel like leaving the clinic. I felt like I could just stay there and continue the treatment for hours!

Had a really good experience with my skin treatment. It was my first visit, and I felt comfortable from the beginning. Priya, my aesthetician, was very friendly and explained every step before starting the treatment. She was gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.

After the treatment, my skin felt clean, fresh, and hydrated. I genuinely liked the overall experience and would definitely recommend Priya to anyone looking for good skin treatment and excellent care.

I visited them for my scar treatment. I had a white raised scar in my forearm. Although it didn't disappear completely but now my scar is flat and can be concealed through makeup. They will explain you the treatments,cost and overall you will get satisfied results. They don't make false promises. In my case they me told in the beginning that they can make the appearance of the scar less visible but if i had to remove it completely then they will do different lazer treatments but i was happy with the results so I didn't go for any further treatment. Definately recommended.

Consultation was good and v experienced doctor. But post consultation experience was not good and staff need to buckle up. It has been 2 days and I have not been able to get the prescribed medicine. In case the medicine doctor prescribes is only available at their chemist it should be highlighted. We tried reaching back but Doctor was not available. When we got a response an ointment was wrongly mentioned as tablet… finally after 2 days we got the medicines
