Talking Heals

This was my first ever shot at therapy. I got comfortable speaking to Binaifer quicker than I anticipated and in almost no time at all. She was warm and professional. My preconceived notion was that I could always hold my own no matter how severe my suffering; our sessions proved me wrong and made me realize that I should have pursued therapy a lot sooner. She asked the right questions and helped me gain valuable insight which I somehow couldn't do myself. Through our sessions, I found that the solutions to my problems were right in front of me the whole time and she gave me the nudge I needed to move forward. I'm eager to put my newfound solutions to the test and am confident that they will serve me well.

It was a very crisp and clear communication with Binaifer and she asked the questions to the points which helped us identify the root cause within 30 minutes and rest time was dedicatedly spent on the next actions. Highly recommending Binaifer.
