The receptionist calls us up and asks us to come at 12.15pm sharp. We reach at 12.15pm.. and the Doctor turns up at 1.10pm and that too after I continuously pestered the receptionist and she called him up.

After that, the doctor or his nurses had no respect to even show empathy for such a long waiting period. This happened total 4 times when I went to him.

We pay 600 Rs first time and then Rs 200 *** *** ****** ****** **** ****** ******* **** *** *** ******* ** ******* Not recommended at all unless you want to wait for long hours to meet the doctor for 2 mins.

Visited for Bladeless FEMTO Cataract Surgery (FLACS).

It was nice experience through out the treatment. Specially Dr. Jay Goyal has gr8 professional experience. I am 100% satisfied after Bladeless FEMTO Cataract Surgery (FLACS). Thank you very much to Dr. Jay Goyal. Highly Recommended for Eye treatment and Surgery.

The wait time was well over 1.5 hrs and the doctor and we had no clue when he will come. Had to take back the fees and cancel the appointment.

Very unprofessional staff. No issues with Dr J Goyal and the persons on the reception .Dr. S Goyal was very friendly. But the rest of the staff the less said the better.

First my eyes were being checked by an assistant whos not a Dr.because the Dr who was supposed to check, was busy somewhere , when I objected ,then after quite some time,the Dr came for my checkup. Then the assistant later twice put the dilator drops in my eyes and I still have blurry vision in my eyes, hours after my visit.

After that They make you wait very long just for the final visit with Dr. Goyal, and all this just for a routine eye check up.And I am their regular customer. Their standard has really become totally deteriorated .

Arrogant staff. Administration in charge ,both Dr Goyal’s Pls take note of this , otherwise a very good hospital will lose its reputation soon.

*** ** ** ***********he shouts at patients...my uncle who is a Parkinson patient underwent cataract surgery...he was not given any instructions about not using drops beyond one month...and when he made mistake, the dr shouted at him and literally a sled them to leave and never come back...I wouldn't recommend this dr to anyone

To Meet The doctor it took me 2 and half hours ...After waiting for the long to consult the doctor and paying such huge (Rs.600)amount as a consultant Dr. Vinod R Goyal Was very disrespectful...He consulted me and asked me to do 2 reports for my eyes...reception asked me to pay for the reports I said i will do it later ...The girl at the reception told me to collect the file without meeting the doctor which is insulting and disrespectful..as doctor would I asked me about the my will to do reports now or later on and could told me about my eyes problem like why it is happening and how to use the drops and for how long instead of doing this he just asked to to go for the reports and when i buyed the time for the reports he was not ready to meet me after that....THIS MEANS HE DONT CARE FOR THE PATIENT HE JUST WANT TO RUSH THE PATIENT *** **** *** ******* ********HE WAS VERY RUDE WHILE TALKING *** ******* ************.WHEN HE GOT TO KNOW THAT I AM UPSET WITH HIS SERVICES AND GIVEN THE BAD FEEDBACK HE CALLED ME AND WAS TALKING ME HOW CAN HELP YOU AND ALL THE FORMALITIES IN A VERY RUDE TONE....I WILL NEVER EVER SUGGEST THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE***** **** **** ** **** **** ***** ***** *****I will never recommend this doctor

Dr.goyal is very senior person..so felt happy dat my mom has done operation from an experienced person..so not to worry in future.....just wanted to give one suggestion dat at d time of selection of packages for operations..plzz show us d lenses pictures or sum demo's of d lenses for eye..which is suitable for which eyes..so accordingly we can choose how based ur packages on...n we can get a proper idea..
