Went for teeth cleaning, whitening, polishing and buffing.

Dr. Nikita is one of the best dentists i've ever visited.

She explained the entire procedure and calmed me down.

Overall vibe of the place is also good. Read a lot of reviews before going and the doctors did not disappoint when it comes to making you feel comfortable and in a safe space.

5/5 for services rendered by Dr. Nikita

However, I am not very satisfied with the end result.

Writing this review around 12 days after the procedure has been done.

Cleaning part was good. But whitening and bleaching hasn't been effective.

On a shade card, i may have gone 2-3 shades lighter. That's it. Not even close to white.

Even have some rough feeling on 2 of my teeth - including 1 pre-molar.

Expected a better end result from the process. Not satisfied. I don't even know the next steps now.

1.5/5 for the result.

Would appreciate if someone can call me up from the clinic and advice on what can be done to make the situation better.

Even though Dr. Nikita was a gem of a doctor, I am not happy with the result!

I visited Smile Concepts for my dental cleaning and cavity filling. The remarkable patience with which Dr. Nikita listened to my doubts, fears and anxieties regarding visiting a dentist and other teeth related issues, is something I have not seen with doctors here in Mumbai. There was no rush to just dismiss off the patient and immediately be done with the treatment.I kept on asking questions and she calmly listened and answered and made me stay relaxed throughout the procedure. So a big thumbs up on that!Im very satisfied with the treatment and would surely visit them again in future.With their extremely hygienic clinic, state of the art equipments and machines, they are quite affordable :)I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone for various dental treatments.Thanks a lot Smile Concepts!🙏

As a person who is scared and apprehensive to see doctors, I was really happy with my experience with Dr. Nitesh. He explained the whole diagnosis to me very patiently and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment he prescribed. He also guided me well for taking my medication and answered all my post op services. After several experience that weren't so great when it comes to dentists this was a good experience as it was pleasant and affordable at the same time. I would definitely refer Dr. Nitesh ahead.

From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I never felt judged or talked down to. He was calm, patient, and explained everything in a way that really helped my nerves.

I had a cleaning and a dental extraction done, and I’m honestly still surprised by how smooth it all was. The extraction was absolutely painless, and the cleaning was thorough but gentle. It’s been 24 hours since the extraction and I’m still pain free, which feels almost unreal.

If you’ve been stressing about dental work or avoiding it because you’re anxious, Dr. Motwani is the guy for you. Highly recommend!
