I would certainly not recommend this doctor.

I visited Dr. Shroff to get my broken retainers fixed. Before visiting I spoke to him over a call and explained my issue (retainer being broken and one tooth slightly displaced). I cited my concerns regarding my choice to go ahead and use existing dental plate that I had to align the teeth if need be (with a little tightening) and get the retainer fixed again.

The doc agreed to take a look - both at me and the plate and give a consult. However, on visitation the doctor simply refused to see the plate even once and insisted that I get the aligner treatment done *********** ** **** ***** ******* Despite my continuous request to atleast look at the plate like he agreed on, he refused and kept insisting that I get a 3D scan done (charges 1800/- with taxes) in order to get the expensive aligner treatment * ********** ** ****** which by the way is pretty expensive. . **** *** *********

Since I had already spent a fortune on this treatment, I wasn’t willing to go in that direction. I even made the doctor speak to my family dentist who treated me in the first place.

But the doctor simply refused . He neither addressed my concerns regarding the time (which I was short of) or the hefty treatment charges (he wasn’t disclosing that either), nor even consider the possibility to use the plate for correction ****** ***** ******* ******* *****

I guess it’s safe to say that the doctor was willing to completely disregard his patient’s concerns *** ******** ****** **** **** * **** ** *** ********* ********

Doctor Mandar Shroff is amazing

When we started the treatment for Aakash he was very scared about treatment but doctor was so friendly and made Aakash so comfortable and doctor used to talk to him about his school and his friends and Aakash didn't realize when the doctor gave injection and finished his treatment for the day .

Aakash has issues with his dental structure and it has been more than 2 years we are taking treatment from Dr Mandar and now it's on the completing stage .but not even once Aakash was bored or he has never said that he doesn't want to go to the doctor.

I had a very good experience with Dr Mandar Shroff. He ensured I was comfortable, and explained the course of treatment in detail. The surgical procedures were smooth with minimal discomfort. He also patiently explained the precautions I would need to take and followed up regularly.

Quality of equipments and instruments used along with hygiene factor of personnel and entire clinic was very good.

His patience to resolve our doubts and queries is highly appreciated.
