I went to Dr Prachi with hormonal acne on November 5, and took treatment for two months, *** *** **** *** * **** ********* **** ***********. I am aware of the time hormonal acne takes, having done this treatment once before, so I do understand that while I can’t be cured in two months, I definitely should be seeing some difference, given that I was put on really heavy medication right from the start, and while I wanted to work around some of the medication she wanted to prescribe, she persisted for my benefit, and I continued, but to no avail.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Akash Saraogi and the outstanding team at Saraogi Healthcare.

After suffering a serious leg fracture on 19th April 2025, I was fortunate to be under Dr. Saraogi’s expert care. From my very first consultation, he was calm, ****** ************** and reassuring. He diagnosed a Right Foot Lisfranc Injury with Syndesmosis Instability, a complex condition — and explained everything in clear, understandable terms. My experience with Dr Akash Saraogi has been one of the most beautiful, insightful and learning experience till date. What is extremely more worthy is the rare combination of professionalism mixed with humility.

I'd like to specially mention that , his diagnostic skills are very methodical and precise. He makes you go through a series of light exercises and movements as a start to his diagnosis.

The best part of the experience is how he nicely explains you in detail about the exact problem you are facing and the underlying cause behind it. This he does with the help of diagrams if its necessary. You are left with no confusion as to the direction of the treatment along with the medicines involved. I was suffering with some skin problem since many years. I had consulted 2 renowned skin specialists, one in Goregaon & another at Juhu, still my issue was not getting resolved. However, the team managing appointments of patients was not professional at all. Despite of taking prior appointment and reaching before time, we were forced to wait for a long time before meeting the doctor. It looked as if the team follows first come first serve and appointment for a time slot is for name sake only. Will definitely recommend this place if my references have lot of spare time to kill.

Explanation of the health issue with proper presentation. Doctor with a smile always puts the patient at ease and worry free.

Ambience at the waiting area is very positive. Just one request is to keep changing the video presentation at the waiting area. The same content makes it boring. Maybe you could keep adding newest patient testimonials. Or maybe the doctor could tell more about his recent success stories. Having said that, both Dr Akash and Dr Prachi have become a renowned brand, brand for giving patients relief from pain.
