I came here after being diagnosed with a lumbar fracture, and honestly, I was nervous and unsure about how long recovery would take. I came to Dr Nityanand and Dr Samaradnyi after experiencing intense dizziness and spinning sensations, especially when turning my head or lying down. It turned out to be BPPV (a type of vertigo), which I had never heard of before. The physiotherapist were incredibly ************* *** reassuring. They performed a special technique called the Epley maneuver right there in the clinic just a few guided head and body movements and I was amazed at how much relief I felt even after the first session. They explained everything clearly and gave me exercises to do at home to keep the symptoms from coming back. Within a couple of sessions, I felt like myself again. I’m really grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with vertigo or balance issues.
