I had been suffering from frozen shoulder for nearly one and a half years. I had earlier visited a physiotherapist, but unfortunately, there was no significant improvement. I injured my upper left arm while exercising and had pain, restriction of movements for months. I tried few physiotherapist and wasted my time leading to more pain and loss of exercise regimen.

Finally I found Dr Anchal and over few weeks of physio my pain subsided. She correctly diagnosed the problematic area as opposed to the previous physios which was heartening and gave me the correct physio.

Dr. Aanchal is dedicated to her profession. I would encourage anyone taking her treatments to be patient and persevering. Repairing the body is not a one day job and if one follows her instructions fully, the results are excellent. I experienced a stroke and facial palsy which she helped me overcome. Today, I'm totally back to normal with no evidence of what I went through showing on my face.
