I visited Dr. Khushboo with fatty liver (stage-2), very high cholesterol, and persistent high BP issues. I am also being a patient with blood related issues, I need special monitoring and she handled my health related issues very carefully. I opted for her 3 months course and within a period of 2 months, my fatty liver, cholestrol and blood pressures were normalised through her regular diet program and physical activity guidance. I was suffering from my BP issues for the last 5 years and no medicines were helping, but her diet plan and exercise guidance helped me to normalise my BP in such a short time. I highly recommend Dr. Khushboo as she constantly follow up with her patients for every health related issues.

Khushboo is an excellent nutritionist! She is focused on lifestyle changes rather than just losing weight inorganically. By following her guidance I am able to eat healthy and successfully identify what’s good for my body without a strict “diet”. It’s more important to build a framework around which you develop a healthy lifestyle than have a rigid diet.

I signed up for Khushboo's 6 month Signature Health Program. We would meet every other week in this period. In this period, we were able to get a lot of my health issues under control. My periods regularised, HbA1c came down to normal range and I was able to reduce my medication as well. We did all this with very simple tips that were given by her. No strict diet or anything.
