The Dental Care Clinic, Churchgate

Visited Dr Perola Menon for root canal surgery and scaling/ polishing of my teeth. She explained the problem that I was facing and the resolution process to be carried out very clearly.

Found her to be very professional , gentle with her hands and skillful at her work .The root canal process was painless and was performed in just 45 minutes.

The clinic is clean , well maintained , hygienic and covid protocals were adhered to strictly. The staff was polite and organised.

There are several factors which made my visit to the doctor very memorable:

1.The doctor is very friendly and full of compassion which rubs off on you.

2. The doctor always does a thorough professional job.

3. Gets in external assistance from specialists when necessary

4.There is a strong feeling of a family atmosphere

5. The support staff in the clinic are always cheerful and supportive

6. The ambience of the clinic is attractive with soft music playing

7. The last little thing that delighted me was that while my teeth were being drilled and patched and being knocked out I could look out of the window and watch the leaves of a huge tree rustling gently in the breeze

making each sitting a delight to the soul.

The experience at The Dental Care Clinic was very pleasant and free of any hassles. Dr Menon handled the procedure both efficiently and graciously while patiently answering all my questions. I was a little concerned with a cap that had aged a bit and her comprehensive examination and tips to keep it going for a few more years were very reassuring.

It was also a pleasant surprise to see how the clinic has adapted to handle the concerns and risks associated with COVID. Right from the waiting area and throughout the procedure the team has put together a slew of safety measures to minimise risk of infection. Kudos to Dr Menon and her team!

Dr Perola explains every step of the procedure. She’s patient, very caring and is attentive to the needs of the patient. Even before leaving the chair she explains well the after care that needs to be followed.

I am always very scared to visit a dentist and it is this fear that has led to so many dental issues I have today. However, with Dr Perola’s gentle touch and her caring nature all my fears have vanished.
