I always heard rumours that a doctor's divine hands can get even the dead back. I personally experienced it when my mom's appendix had suddenly ruptured. She had to be imdtly hospitalised overnight for a surgery. Dr hemal visited the next day itself. He explained so nicely and detailed the pros and cons of the whole operation. After hearing him, half of our anxiety was reduced as we were assured that my mom is now in safe hands. Dr Hemal personally made sure that mom was in a better state of mind for the operation. he joked around to calm her. After the operation also he made sure to explain mom and me the post operative care. all detailed and documented to the T. Coz of some emergencies, he had to travel on the 4th day of the operation, but still he made sure that his colleague could attend my mom everyday and Dr hemal himself was available 24/7 on whats app. Any queries, he used to answer prompt. There has never been any delays in his answers. he is the 1st ever doctor who is so easy to approach and patient friendly. After he was back from his trip, he made sure to call me to ask mom to visit him. i am extremely lucky that my mom was Dr hemal's hands otherwise i dont know how i would have coped up with this trauma. Though it was my first visit for my wife's minor burns problem, i must say my experience with you compare to other (Money minded) doctor was quiet surprising and plesant. You ate very friendly with patient. You gave us feeling that you are one of our family member. Apart from treatment we have seen you are pooling your relation with patient by social touch. Your talking, advising, to patient and taking interest as far as possible to solve their social problem is unique. Pl. keep it up.

Only be little generous in charges specially with poor needy and SENIOR CITIZEN like us.

I would like to share my recent experience with Dr Hemal wherein he treated my father Vimalkumar Agarwal age 72 for Hernia. Doctor was very patient in hearing all our concerns and cleaed all our myths. He also discussed all the type of surgical options and suggested us with the best option suitable for my father for his age and his condition. Post operation my father was feeling fine on Day 1 itself and he was discharged the following day. He has recovered so quickly and so well. I visited Dr. Hemal Bhagat's Clinic first time on 23rd January 2020 for a cyst formed on my back. Dr. examined me and explained in detail about the reason of happening and the entire process of medication / treatment. Unlike many doctors, he suggested instead of going for straight away surgery, explain the treatment with a dressing and some oral medication and asked me to meet after 1 week. Visited again on 29th Jan and he examined the cyst & removed the pus & did the dressing. He explained at this stage to do the dressing for next 1 week & see if the cyst / pus occurs once again & if not then no surgery is required.

I was very impressed & thankful with the entire approach and the explanation / treatment given by the doctor.
