When i tried to push him to listen to my problem longer he then charged me Rs 1500 instead of Rs 1000. He added 500 more as a punishment to me because I just wanted him to understand my problem. ** ** *** ****** I did not pay extra 500.

No comments for doctor but....there is nothing like appointment. Apointament is given just for the name sake.

So at first time, I have taken 1st appointment of the day but when I reached there I have to wait for 20 minutes not because doctor delayed but there were already unscheduled patients.

Next time my appointment was last appointment of the day when I reached five minutes before scheduled time of appointment I saw that there were almost seven patients before me. When I checked with the clinic receptionist I was surprised & shocked to learn that I may have to wait for minimum 45 minutes to an hour or more. The reason being same unscheduled patient.

The experience has really upset & grossly dejected me to see that there was no sorry or guilt feel on their part for unreasonably long wait but rather it was proudly taken as a privilege.

I left without consultation.

I was really happy as the treatment extremely mended my fracture and the wonderful care coming from the doctor and workers in the clinic. Although, I do hope that the appointments can get a little more organised and properly set up. But, Thanks a lot!

Dr. Nikhil is friendly in nature, understands the problem and prescribes the correct treatment. With his experience and availability even during the ongoing pandamic he has given me a perfect solution to my perils.

Waiting room was spacious enough, especially during these times .Appointments also were also spaced apart.
