Dr. Bhumika understood the expectations clearly & explained the nuances of weight loss journey clearly. She elaborated on each & every aspect of a healthy diet. The Diet chart which she gave was easy to follow & introduced the elements of taste & variety also. Diet chart was changed every 10 days to break the monotony. All in all a very nice & fruitful experience. Thx.

For a person who was under major panic attack after looking at the multiple cysts lining the ovary, she brought me down to being calm in seconds. Her tone, her explanation, the way she guided and gave me hope that it will be cured if I followed a healthy diet and exercised regularly, also the fact that she was not harsh when I was not able to live upto the routine helped me cure it in a matter of 3 months. I still follow the plan because I feel good with how my body feels.
