Its been 3 weeks i have consulted Dr. Deepshka , i used to weigh 98.5 kgs and now i am 94.5. Thanks to Dr. Deepshika that i have been able to stick to the prescribed diet as she give a lot of variety/options which suit my tastebuds and is practical.
