Mindfulblessing, Chandivali

Working with Ms Shinde has been an incredibly enriching experience for me. From our very first conversation, she created an atmosphere where I felt comfortable opening up and truly reflecting on my thoughts and emotions. She has this rare ability to gently guide you beneath the surface of things, helping you discover connections and perspectives you might have missed on your own. I ended up feeling clearer and more grounded after my session with her. What I appreciate most is her genuine interest in understanding me — it made interaction feel meaningful and tailored, not just clinical.

I started consulting Sneha ma’am during a very difficult phase of my life — struggling with postpartum depression and challenges in my marriage. From the very first session, I felt heard, understood, and supported.

She created a safe and non-judgmental space where I could express my emotions freely. She guided me with practical tools, and most importantly, gave me hope when I couldn’t see any.

Her gentle yet firm approach helped me regain confidence as a new mother and start rebuilding communication and trust in my marriage.

Even after just one session, her approach to understanding the complexities of the mind is evident. I'm strongly considering making her my regular therapist. If you're seeking someone wise, genuinely open and warm, easy to talk to, and willing to offer guidance on life's more challenging issues, Dr. Shinde is definitely worth considering.

Sneha ma’am is very perceptive and kind, very understanding of all my issues and all the topics I brought up.
