The days of darkness, the days of anxiety. I did not even realise why I cried sometimes. I could not figure out whether I was at wrong or the people around me are at wrong position. After having met Dr. Shefali ma'am. I never ever cried again. She was so much professional in her work that even today that 1 session guides me in avoiding making mistakes. While leaving the clinic she said "You will be fine and will not need me again!" And smiled at me. She has upkept those words. I wish to tell her that I am doing so good now. And thank you so much for treating me! Truly one of the best doctors out there doing so much hardwork and an excellent job! ❤️

I visited Dr Shefali Shah when I was on the verge of panic attack. Within 3 months I am new, rejuvenated and a person feeling very positive and optimistic about the future.

I struggled with mental health since 2008. Though it was diagnosed the treatment only started when I met her in feb 2022. Through the therapy and medication I am able to let go past events which were affecting my present. I was lucky to meet her.

It seems like a miracle as I never thought I could find a closure. Dr Shefali is very down to earth though expert in her area of study. She changed my perspective of looking at things and its helping me in my personal development. Her calm and friendly demeanour reduces your anxiety and gives you perspective to look at situations in a rational manner.

Though I had gone to her for a different problem; her advice on relationships is helping me to build a lasting relation. Also I am able to take any challenging projects in my career because of her encouragement.

When you see no light at the end of tunnel; she will be your light and turn your life around. I would highly recommend her.

So far so good! Since it was first visit , it took me no time to break the ice with her in explaining my core issues. She listened to be quite compassionately and made me comfortable very quickly and I guess understood, my situation fully. Hope I get okay with her line of treatment. Thanks, Brijesh
