I have had mental breakdown nearly three years back. Consulted quite a few doctors. But all they would do is prescribe me medicines based on 5 minutes that they spared to listen to me.

Dr.Dave was the first who patiently listened to me and took me out of the suffering. She really listened to what I had to say and is a big reason why I’m what I’m today mentally.

She tries to understand the background and suggests meds and counselling.

And this time too I am consulting her for depression and Anxiety.

What I like about her is that apart from Medication and counselling, she encourages meditation,reading, sketching, music and specific writing exercises that not just help with dealing with Mental Health issues but also helps in discovering coping mechanisms for a lifetime.

Dr Nahid Dave is excellent with her diagnosis and gives appropriate medication. She explains symptoms, illness information, side effects very well and in a simple manner so it is easy to grasp. She is available to discuss effect of medication. Her manner is calming. I am very happy with the service.
