I was going through a lot of stress after delivery. So I decided to meet Dr. Deeksha for the same. She has helped me to understand and accept my situations and helped me to deal with it. Her small mental exercises especially visual imagery (meditation) has helped me . We are taking it step by step and I am happy with my progress so far. In 2019, I had a bike accident. From there on I had a chronic pain in my lower back, reduced space between L5-S1. In 2023 got a XRay, met my Orthopedic Surgeon and he suggested for Physiotherapy. Met Dr. Deeksha, she made my understand in more detail what was the issue. She designed 15 days continuous session treatment. There were some gaps due to my schedule but still there was a visible evidence in the second XRay that I was cured.
