My overall experience with the doctor was okay. The doctor explained everything clearly. However, the waiting time was quite long, around forty-five minutes, and I think it would be better if they informed patients in advance when the doctor is running late so we can plan accordingly. I gave a rating of three out of five. Since this was my first visit, I cannot say if I would recommend the doctor or not.

The clinic is also very well managed. Any schedule changes are communicated in advance, and the staff are accommodating and considerate. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Highly recommended.
