I was detected with a ligament tear and other knee pain issues. The first day I visited Healing Hands Physiotherapy Clinic, Dr Kruti Mehta not only thoroughly went through all my reports, but she patiently listened to all my pain problems and my routine, especially during the pandemic. She examined me and explained to me the reason for the pain and also mentioned what muscles and areas she was going to work on. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and knows her subjects to the core.She is very empathetic and makes patients feel cared for, which definitely helps patients feel they are being treated by Healing Hands. The staff (additional healing hands) at the clinic, which includes junior physiotherapists and supporting staff, are very patient, accomodative, attentive and caring.

It's been almost 7 weeks now and my pain has reduced drastically due to these physiotherapy sessions. I would highly recommend the Healing Hands Physiotherapy Clinic and Dr. Kruti Mehta.

I still remember the day I woke up with terrible neck pain. My neck was stuck in a broken position and I couldn’t look right, left, up, or down. It had become extremely stiff and painful.

I immediately called Kruti, the founder of Healing Hands in Vikhroli, and explained my situation. She asked me to come in right away. After examining me, she started my treatment immediately. I had a severe neck spasm and was practically on the bed for half the day. Even simple things like laughing or sleeping were painful.

Kruti treated me for five days with a combination of laser therapy, traction, exercises, and other treatments. I even remember telling her that Holi was the next day and asking her to please do something so that I could at least play a little. *** ****** *** **** *** ***** *** *** ********** *** ***** **** Thanks to her treatment, I was able to play Holi the very next day. After two more sessions, my neck was completely fine.

I was referred to Dr. Kruti Mehta by an Orthopaedic doctor for pain arising out of sports & Gym activities. I have been suffering from swelling & pain on ankle joint post long runs for over 8 months and Tennis elbow pain from playing cricket/Gym activities. Dr Kruti diagnosed the underlying issue and the root cause during the first session. She assured me that the ankle issue will be solved in few sessions and it really did just after 4 sessions. She then asked me to do a long run to further check the impact and to my pleasant surprise there was no swelling this time. Similarly for the Tennis elbow I found relief after 6 sessions and on the path of full recovery. Dr. Kruti is patient enough to listen to the issues and very perfect on her assessment / diagnosis of the root cause of the issues, which she also explains very clearly. I have consulted few Physiotherapists earlier but would rate Dr. Kruti the best amongst all. I had consulted Dr Kruti Mehta for Shoulder mobility rehab for fractured shoulder. I decided to get the treatment from her because her clinic was the closest that I could find and secondly based on the reviews. Now mind you I was not suggested this clinic nor did anyone tell me to go and get the treatment from here. I just showed up at the clinic based on a Google search! And yes I think that was on the most wisest decision that I ever took because the results were beyond expectations! And no I am not exaggerating anything because having come from a suggestion of "Surgery is the only sole solution for mobility" (by a previous doctor) to getting astonishing results since day 1; I honestly wasn't expecting anything worth mentioning when I first walked in, not because I didn't believe in the doctor, but because I was told by someone that surgery is the only way out! I was recommended to Dr. Krutika by a friend when I was struggling with a severe muscle spasm in my lower back. The pain was quite intense, and it was affecting my daily routine. From the very first consultation, Dr. Krutika carefully listened to my concerns, asked detailed questions about my lifestyle, and assured me that with proper treatment, I would feel better within 5–6 sessions.

She designed a set of exercises specifically for my condition, and the entire team was extremely attentive and professional throughout the treatment. My mom had a injury in her lower spine, the doctors said it was a slip disk. she was immediately said to see a physiotherapist. One of our relative recommended us yo visit DR.
