The experience was simply awesome. I kindly appreciate Dr.Ambrish for giving me his valuable time & consultancy. I was struggling with weight gain due to side effects of drugs used to control mood swings. Docter prescribed me with other alternative meds which do not cause weight gain. From being morbidly obese I transformed to overweight category according to BMI. I was encouraged to exercise as it releases lot of stress and keeps mood in balance. The best part about the service was that I was never felt like a patient with illness, but was motivated towards betterment. He is a good listener & understands the root cause of the problem. Not like any other docter who just prescribes you medicine. Dr.Ambrish said your food habits & lifestyle play an important role in overall health. I had seen many doctors to be honest and frank without any hesitation of my identity. But I never seen a better psychiatrist than Dr. Ambrish Dharmadhikari. I was counselled very well. A good thing about him is that he says only medicine cannot solve your problems, you need to focus on your thinking. I strongly felt to share my experience as I was helped a lot so can others too.
