1. Service Quality: Overall, the service quality was satisfactory, although there were occasional issues with low water pressure, particularly during treatments like Lipolysis. Additionally, including services such as Radio Frequency could enhance the overall experience, as it is known to tighten the body effectively.

2. Staff Support: Staff members, particularly Madhu and Sheetal, were highly supportive and contributed positively to the atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience.

3. Cost-cutting Measures: There were noticeable cost-cutting measures in place, such as the low water pressure in the wash basin taps, which affected hygiene standards and customer satisfaction.

4. Results and Session Count: While results were eventually achieved, they were attained at a slower pace than expected. Therefore, I suggest extending the number of sessions included in the package from 8 to 10. This adjustment would likely provide customers with a more satisfactory outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Fit n fine has been a wonderful experience. I got to know about the center from Google and just made an enquiry. As it could be done in weekends, I joined it and have seen a good effect on myself. the place is nicely maintain and clean. Good equipment. I have been able to loose around 5.5 kgs in 2.5 months. This was quite an achievement.The manager Mr Ashutosh Pandey is knowledgeable and guides you well. The staff team are friendly and professional they knows their job well. Overall the service and results are excellent. The diet charts needs to be followed and maintain regular visits. I would recommend this place. Most important Price is pocket friendly. So Thank you and if need will come again.
