I cannot recommend Dr. Anushree Lokhande enough!

I had been taking regular therapy sessions from her all the way from Japan, and she's helped me heal from 2 major life events of my father's death and my breakup.

It's not an exaggeration when I say she's helped me find my way from being a grieving wreck, to healthy greiving and a growing individual know.

She ensured a safe space for me, changed the methodology of therapy whenever needed, shared resources and activities that would help me etc.

She is very professional and I already ended up recommending her to 3 of my friends and they appreciate her support, too!

She also helped me with Monthly or periodic sessions as needed.

Dr. Anushree is understanding, friendly, sweet, skilled and experienced. She helped me out of stress, anger management, behavioural and esteem issues.
