Dr Nidhi hears your complaint patiently and then explains the cause and remedies for it. She also gives you exercises to avoid the same issue from cropping up. Evaluated my shoulder pain issue, planned out the most suitable line of treatment, advised me with required exercises, patiently made do the exercises with clear explanation of the importance of doing them at home without fail . My shoulder pain faded out within least possible time frame. Very caring for the patients.

Having recovered from COVID, weakness was a major problem in getting back to routine. In the first session itself with Disha, I started feeling much better. She resolved all my queries very patiently and in a very methodical manner taught the exercises along with several other activities that can be performed at home to renew strength.
