I had a misconception about the pain in my abdomen and back but Dr. Reena checked and explained to me that it was a spasm in my Abdomen and the exercises she made me do started reducing the pain. Dr. Rajvi too made me do a few more exercises and then realised that root cause of my pain is actually the right side of my back. So she pressed certain points on my back which relieved my pain more. My treatment is yet going on but from where I couldn't stand or sleep properly, just after 4 sessions I am able able to do all my chores with ease.

I had a nagging knee pain issue for over 1 year . I visited the doctor in April 2023. Dr Chitnis analyzed the root cause of the pain . She studied my posture, gait etc and we started exercises not only for the affected knee ,but for the entire leg(s) muscles .She explained me in great length how each muscle of the leg helps in providing support and strength to the knee.

Now i am much better and got back to soft sports like brisk walking and cycling

First Fiteen days Dr. Reena treatment was better. But after that her assistant Dr. Shruti started treating me. Last 4months Dr. Shruti help me to solve my knee assue.

She really helped me alot. My confidence developed because of her. She is rally great and good physiotherapist. Once again great thanks to Dr. Reena and Dr. Shruti.
