Dr. Rashmi Shetty's Clinic, Santacruz West

I had a great experience at Dr. Rashmi's RA Clinic. The doctor's medical advice was both sensible and cutting edge. I really liked her down to earth practical approach and she quickly sized up my situation and advised a very carefully considered long term treatment plan which was very encouraging. Her interaction with me was warm, reassuring and at the same time uncompromising in its honesty with regard to possibilities. I felt like I was in excellent hands and completely reassured about the course of treatment she has put me on.

Her knowledge, experience and expertise is very obvious and I was very grateful for all the care and attention from her and her wonderful staff of technicians and medical personnel who took very great care of me.

I will stay with this practice and am very encouraged and hopeful as I know that I am in the best hands. My gratitude to Dr. Rashmi and all her staff at the clinic.

Very bad attitude towards a new patient, especially when the doctor should be most attentive, she was distracted, seemed unconcerned, on her phone and waiting to end the discussion. *** **** ** ******* ** ******* *** ** *** *** ********* ********** ** ****** *** ************ ****** **** ** ********* ********* ** *** ********* **** ****** She also tries to push her own product brand without even asking the patients or gauging their comfort level. Overall a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience.
