I am writting this not to defame the doctor but because I know what depression feels like *** *** **** ** ****** **** ***** ******* *** ****** *** ********** First of all i come from a belief that no matter how technologically advanced we become doctor consultations has to be in person because of the lack of responsibility and lack of ownership some doctors show. So with a lot of doubt i decided to consult a doctor using practo for my depression and mood disorder. I went through all the available doctors and saw Dr nazneen had the most reviews and the best rated too in mumbai. So after reading the testimonials i decided to consult with her . First and foremost she wasn’t compassionate or empathetic or friendly or anything as mentioned in most of the reviews below. It didnt feel like she cared or even was interested in knowing the background of the problem due to which i am in this state. When i was explaining her my concern and my discomfort she disconnected the call all of a sudden and asked me to wait. After 5- 10 mins she called back and prescribed me the medicines. Now for somebody of my age (25) dealing with depression due to abusive relationships she should have mentioned the side effects and how the medicines are going to work on me because i was curious i was hesitant, i was scared to go for medications because of lack of knowledge, fear of side effects etc. So after the call ended she said she will whatsapp me the prescription. The upper name part of the prescription was half way cut off which created a distrust in me and also since she didnt bother the explain the medicine I went a head and google searched about these medicines ********** ****** ***** ******* **** * *** ** **** ***** * *** ** ******** **** ******* ** *** ********** The curious me again msged the doc saying she didn't inform me about the side effects and in a arrogant way she replied saying “even crocin has side effects that doesn’t mean you don't take that”. And i was stunned looking at the in-compassionate person in her. How can a crocin and psychotic medicines like this can be compared. The point is not about the side effects it may differ from person to person but for a young girl like me who has never taken medical help or continuous counselling for this it is her duty and responsibility to make me aware about the possible side effects. She was in a hurry to compelte the session. After a lot of deliberation and thinking i thought of completing the course and try if my situation get betters. So i went to multiple chemist and they informed me i need a hard copy of it in order for them to supply as this are serious medicines and can be supplied only with the hard copy even this wasnt informed. Since I consulted through Practo i had no hard copy of it. And lastly when i sourced the medicines from a known person and had it the very first day first tablet i had unstoppable vomiting and dizziness. Hence I thought of calling the doctor but to my surprise she disconnected my call after which i decided to not continue those medicines. I hope my story helps you to find the correct and legitimate help.

I had been feeling very low lately and I finally decided to see a doctor(after an hour of waiting *** *** ****** **** ** **** *** ***** ******* ****** ** ** I described everything how i felt and she didn’t ask much and immediately declared i was depressed and prescribed anti depressants. ***** **** ******** * *** **** ************ ***** ****** **** *********** ***** ** *** *** **** **** ********I texted her the very next day after seeing her that if it was possible to talk to her on a call and she refused and said i would have to take an appointment to talk to her, so i texted her that i have some reservations about taking the anti depressants *** **** ** *** *** **** **** ****** and if there’s anything else we can do to cure it. To which she replied “kindly don’t google and its your wish if you don’t want to take the medicine and if you want to talk then take an appointment and come to the clinic”. I said i just saw you yesterday and that its not fair and she said if you want to talk further book an appointment and then

I have been showing to Dr Nazneen and my treatment went on for 6 months . The most positive point I would like to highlight is She is very genuine . Mostly where doctors focus on shelling out the money and aren’t really connected

To patients or will sometimes also prolong the treatment but she would focus on recovery and also get you off meds gradually and end the treatment on time when she feels you are fine . Also she would gradually insert medicines into routine and not completely just make your day all about the medicines in which a person also sometimes faces difficultly to operate . But with her you won’t even realise that you are taking medicine and will be able to operate normally infact in a better mood . My major concern was anxiety and first Stage of depression as I went through a very abusive relationship with my partner , she counselled me very well on my first meet abt how about the next plan of action to be at a better place in life . Thank you doctor for everything! :)

Dr.Nazneen is a good doctor. I approached her basis reviews on Practo for my mental health treatment.

In the first session, she mentioned that Practo had booked her for a slot she wasn’t available for and she did like to prepone our session. Upon discussion we agreed upon a time. Yet Dr called before time, wasn’t able to do a video consultation (which I opted and paid for) and began the session. I was ok with it.

In the first session itself she mentioned that she doesn’t do counselling herself and will suggest me a colleague who does the same. **** *** * ****** as I had chosen Dr.Nazneen basis her experience and expertise and now I had to deal with another Dr, I had no clue about. She gave me a prescription for the first 10days. On the 7th day, I was scheduled for a counselling session with Dr.Sana. She recommended that I continue the meds that Dr.Nazneen prescribed for another 10days. As these are prescribed meds I needed a new prescription. Dr.Sana being a counsellor couldn’t prescribe medicine so she suggested I get in touch with Dr.Nazneen’s office. Upon doing that I was informed that I need to pay a fee of Rs.2000, the same cost as a counselling session for a prescription. I repeatedly requested the assistant to help me get in touch with Dr.Nazneen and explain my situation to her and gain a prescription within the counselling cost. That didn’t workout and we ended up negotiating. I needed the prescription desperately to continue my treatment as I was planning to travel, so I paid for it.

So over a span of 7days, I ended up paying for Dr.Nazneen’s online session i.e. Rs.2000, then online counselling session with Dr.Sana another Rs.2000 and Rs.1500 (post negotiation and request) for only prescription.

I personally found it to be unfair as my chosen doctor doesn’t counsel and upon suggestion I had to pay for counselling and prescription.

Not a great experience.

Since the first time I spoke to Dr. Naazneen on Practo's video consultation, I felt like I could trust her and her treatment methods immediately. She clearly explained to me why her step-by-step treatment method was absolutely necessary to treat my mental health issues. She understood my problems very well and not once did it ever feel like she was misguiding me. I'm currently still consulting Dr. Naazneen for the above issues, and she has been understanding, knowledgable and patient enough for me to say that I trust her completely :)

My wife was already on medications from another Psychiatrist for past few years for mental health issues, however the treatment was not effective.

This impacted work life balance of the whole family. I wanted to find a solution. Then I searched on Practo and found Dr Nazneen's clinic in Andheri West.

Today I am glad that we consulted Dr Nazneen. She listens patiently to you and gives proper guidance and assurance that all will be fine.

The medication provided by Dr Nazneen has had a positive effect on my wife's mental and emotional health.

Special mention to my wife who has shown the resolve to understand and follow Doctors advice and focus on overall wellbeing of the family.

I thank Dr Nazneen for guiding us which has helped us immensely to bring back our life on track.

I contacted Dr. Nazneen for ongoing anxiety issues . We come across many doctors who are really experienced , knowledgeable and know their subject well but rarely come across doctors who actually care about their patients . Dr. Ladak patiently listened to my issues and explained the treatment plan and gave me lot of hope. Not for a minute I felt like she was rushing through the appointment and she patiently answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She instilled immense confidence in me . I feel if the doctor can build a trusting relationship with the patient , then no matter what illness you are going through , the faith and trust heal you from within . I am very very lucky I found dr ladak and I have full faith in her .

I expected the doctor to counsel and listen to me more for atleast 45 mins which usually psychiatrist do, but Dr Nazneen was in hurry and said she has another appointment and when the video was hung in between and it was time for another video call, she gave a reason that lets do audio call as others are waiting and it was not even 15 since our meeting was started.

I expected a much better counselling and diagnosis from her in this kind of treatment when you are supposed to make the patient feel good in anxiety disorder type of treatment.

My mother who was in a vulnerable position when she met Dr. Nazneen *** * *** *********** She conveyed that the doctor's facial expressions and tone felt reactive, judgemental and frustrated since my mom was unable to share her entire experience and history due to feeling disturbed. The doctor kept on asking to speak to a family member of my mother's which made my mother feel on edge even further. * *** **** ******* **** ***** ****** ** *** ****** *** ****** ** *** ******* ****** ****** *** ** ***** ** ****** *** **** ********* *** *** ******* **** **** ** ******* I was reached out to and when my number was unreachable, the doctor became more frustrated and my mom could feel this. Even when I spoke to the doctor on call I felt her tone to be reactive *** ******* so I don't doubt my mother's experience.We decided on this doctor due to the many good reviews on this platform but were left disappointed. ***** *** **** ****** **** **** *** ******** *** ********* *** ** ***** *** ****** ******* ** ************ ** ******** ******** ** **** ********* ****** ** ******** ******* **** **** ********* I have no doubt this feedback will receive the same response. Please take this constructively and improve in understanding your patient's cues and be patient with them since if they have come to see you, they are already feeling vulnerable and unwell.

Dr. Naazneen has truly been a blessing. I had gone to her when no one was believing me and my symptoms but she understood me completely and helped ever since the first visit.

She's friendly, and trustworthy. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would recommend 10/10
