I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service received at your clinic on Saturday, November 22, 2025, for a pre-scheduled appointment for an Indirect Ophthalmoscopy & Consultation (I&C).
• Initial Requirement: My husband and I clearly communicated to the staff that our sole requirement was for the I&C procedure only.
* *********** ********** ******* ******* *** ***** ************ *** ********* * ******** ***** ********** *** ************ ******** ** * ******** ************* *** ******* *** ***** ********* ******** ** *** *** ******* ******** ********** *** ** ****** Time Wasted: We spent 1.5 hours waiting *** *********** ******** **** ***** **** *** ****** as we maintained that a routine checkup was neither requested nor medically necessary for our requirement.
• After the lengthy wait, we finally met Dr. Lubhani, only to be informed that she does not perform I&C and was only able to provide a referral contact number.
As no consultation, examination, or procedure was performed, we left the clinic.

Dr. Lubhani is treating very nicely. Before coming to Dr. Lubhani I have visited some other Dr. and he had advice me for an operation without operation there is no option as a second opinion I have visited Dr. Lubhani,she treats me very nicely. This is all started in 2018 and we were having multiple opinions with multiple retinal specialists in Mumbai then 2019, Dr. Lubhani started the treatment and since then we have been having proper growth and recovery in the past 2 years also she operated on a cataract and had done a surgery for Vitreo Retina.
We felt safe here once we started consulting here and would recommend anyone.
