My first visit to the place was with my sister and from the first visit itself there was a a comfort level.. So patient in hearing your problem. And her diagnosis is so bang on.

So when I had a problem she was the only one that came to my mind. Have never come across a Doctor like her who is so simple and always smiling and assuring your recovery.

Besides being a professional she is a great human & her team is equally professional. She tries to solve the problem at the earliest with long term resolution. Patients who come for the first time r very lucky rather than going to various doctors & spending money & taking medication which are all temporary solution. Post surgery and continuous ongoing physiotherapy I was not able to walk properly in the house as well. I was leaning heavily on my left side. With a few correct exercises Dr. Hemakshi Basu gave me I started walking so much better and am mobile now. She is a magician.

Dr. Hemakshi is a wiz! My back was really troubling me for a week. I slept like a log after my first session with her. Just like she had predicted. She analysed and explained my problem really well. After a week of discomfort, just talking to her calmed me down a lot. She took me through every step of the day while my treatment is on - walking, sitting, eating, meds, sleeping. And the best part was she assured me she is just a call away.

Dr Basu very clearly told me what and why the pain exists.She very gently made me aware of the different pressure points and handled caringly.Exercises were given to me with oral and written instructions. I am on my way to recovery...Feeling much better.Thank you.
