I had severe neck and shoulder pain due to incorrect posture due to working on computer all day. Later I contacted Dr. Nirja Desai for Physiotherapy treatment. She recommended really good exercises for posture correction during her treatment sessions which I followed and saw the result in 2 weeks time where the pain slowly started reducing and I was back to normal.

I highly recommend anybody with muscular pain to get treatment from Dr. Nirja Desai. She is very helpful and jolly natured who listens carefully to her patients’s problems and resolves them with her deep Physiotherapy knowledge.

His operation date and room was fixed. We meet Dr Himakshi before the operation for an opinion .. she started her treatment and we never had to go for an operation.. Besides being a professional she is a great human & her team is equally professional. She tries to solve the problem at the earliest with long term resolution. My first visit to the place was with my sister and from the first visit itself there was a a comfort level.. So patient in hearing your problem. And her diagnosis is so bang on.

So when I had a problem she was the only one that came to my mind. Have never come across a Doctor like her who is so simple and always smiling and assuring your recovery.

Himakshi gives a patient hearing to your issue. And asks you not to stress as she will he able to help treat the problem. She gives you through the exercise regime. Actually one can feel the pain reducing in first session itself. But she is strict in making you followup the routine at home.
