* ***** **** *** ** *** * ******* I was not comfortable with my overall experience.

For an ear infection with pain and swelling, I was prescribed around seven different medicines, **** *** ********* ***** ***** ** ****** ***** *********** I started feeling better within 3–4 days, so I felt that the quantity prescribed was much more than what was necessary for my recovery.

I was also asked to come back the very next day for ear cleaning. I was told that I did not have much ear wax and that the cleaning would otherwise cost ₹2,000, but I could be charged ₹1,200. Since my ear was already painful, swollen and congested, I did not understand how the cleaning would help at that stage or what exactly needed to be cleaned.

The overall experience left me uncomfortable with the number of medicines prescribed and the recommendation for an additional cleaning procedure so soon after the consultation. I would have preferred a more straightforward explanation of why each medicine was required, why such quantities were prescribed, and what specific medical need the ear cleaning was addressing.

I had long-standing problems with both my ears since childhood and had undergone surgery on my right ear many years ago. Last year ,I visited Dr. Ashwani ENT) because I was experiencing decreased hearing in both ears. After a thorough examination, he informed me that there was a perforation in my left eardrum. He advised the necessary tests and a CT scan, and then clearly explained that I would need surgery on the left eardrum.

Dr. Ashwani performed the surgery last year, and I am very happy to share that I am feeling much better now. My hearing has improved significantly, and I am very satisfied with the care, guidance, and expertise he provided throughout the process.
