Here is my entire journey with Dr. parag shah sir!

Just like you! who's reading this review while going through list of circumcision centres/ Doctors who perform it , no difference i did it too. There was a lot of procrastination involved from my end.

Most of the people avoid/delay procedure due to reason like religion/cultural barrier ,Lack of time for rest post surgery ,Unable to find the time ,phobia of needles and knife ,shyness to aporoach a doctor. well inspite of being a doctor myself it happened with me. no exception! i am a human and also have work. infact one which require more time and commitment than yours! Believe me its a very simple , painless , stitchless procedure and you can resume your work immediately (after discussing nature of your job and other health conditions if any with Dr shah ofc)

Seeing Dr parag shah resolved all my issues in one go. most of us here hate the process than the procedure itself. well congratulations , its simple , swift and a minor procedure (With ZSR technique) , I consulted Dr parag Shah Sir at 5pm , He examined me and made sure i was comfortable talking about everything. He cleared all my doubts and answered all my questions/queries patiently and in a polite manner. So much that we decided to go ahead with cosmetic circumcision i.e ZSR Circumcision (removal of entire foreskin) + Frenulectomy ( removal of skin underneath/behind the glans (Topi) then and there.

My vital parameter were checked and I underwent procedure at 6pm. the procedure was done under local anaesthesia ,I was awake throught the procedure with an eye patch. the procedure went smoothly without me feeling any pain/discomfort. Dr parag shah is a great conversationist, we talked throughout the procedure about our jobs. Procedure was finished in 15 minutes max. Dressing was given and after that Dr parag sir provided me a prescription for post Operative medications and explained me the care i need to take. Instructions he gave were very clear and doable at home. I left at 7pm and resumed work at 8pm the same day! within an hour of procedure!!! I experienced no pain and did my Night shift right after surgery. I am working everyday and there is no pain/bleeding/any discomfort.

(( FYI if you are undergoing surgery make sure

1. You pee/poo completely before surgery and do not drink too much water right before surgery.

2. You are wearing a frenchie and not loose boxers.

3. You are wearing shorts/track pants (loose airy clothing) on outside unless you have to resume work right after procedure then you have respective attire accordingly.

4. You Shave / trim your private parts including your balls and take nice shower including a headbath.

5. You carry a sneakers bar/snack in case you are fasting

I have been suffering from phimosis for a long time but only noticing the pain recently.

After that I visited Doctor Parag and he saw my condition, enquired about my medical history, understood the problem and immediately asked me to take all the precautionary medical tests and let him know when to do the surgery. He also explained to me in detail about phimosis, circumcision and types of circumcision so I can make an informed decision (ZSR is the best one). So I took all the medical test but I found out that I had high blood sugar. I informed Doctor Parag and he said that I should get the sugar under control before doing operation. He also suggested diet, exercise and proper medication to reduce sugar.

I followed them diligently and was able to bring blood sugar under control quickly. I Informed the doctor and he asked me to take sugar test and X-ray test to ensure there is no complications for the surgery. Apart from that he provided a list of all precautions to be taken before surgery which was very insightful and prevented any problems. He constantly provided guidance through WhatsApp along with cheerful messages and thoughts.

I followed the steps and came to the hospital on time. The hospitals staff was very courteous and helpful in getting me prepped for the ZSR circumcision. The doctor also promptly took all the medical precautions and performed the operation efficiently and it was very painless. He also immediately provided the post-surgery precautionary steps to follow and also advised me on how to ensure my blood sugar remains under control. I came for circumcision but I also got efficient treatment and advice for blood sugar problem. This was a very rewarding experience and also helping me lead a better life.

Awesome & Patient Friendly doctor .. I had done my ZSR Circumcision surgery done last saturday and i can walk and do my normal work properly without any discomfort.. he ensures that his patients dont get pain or much discomfort..
