Sonal comes with a great degree of practical understanding of therapy and creates an effective safe & non judgmental space to process one’s difficult emotions. She was able to understand my strengths fairly quickly and made suggestions / nudges keeping in mind what will help me to become more aware of underlying beliefs and behaviour patterns. She always suggested techniques that I could apply in between the sessions. Overall, I would highly recommend her!

I've been taking therapy sessions with Sonal for quite some time now and my experience has been really positive. I like that she understands my problems well and can clearly explain the way to work through them. I also feel very comfortable talking to her, she does listen with an open mind. And even with the sessions been online during the lockdown, their quality had been quite consistent.

Doctor Sonal is a very compassionate doctor. My first impression of her was that she is a very patient and a kind doctor who listens to all your issues and makes sure that you aren't alone in your struggle to lead a normal healthy life. And then give us best possible and workable solution. We don't feel like we are talking to a doctor. She doesn't call for multiple sittings, just for sake of getting money. I just love the way she handles the problem, patient and doctor fee as well in a such a manner that it makes you come out of your problem at the earliest. Would strongly recommend to meet her for any of your problem, at the initial stage itself.

Firs of all she is very affectionate, kind and soft spoken person. She listens to you very carefully and asks very relevant questions and very quickly understands the problem. She gives good examples and explains the issue in a very simple way. Effectively gives a solution. She gives some assignments at the end of sessions which are really helpful to self analyse your problem and enables us to think and understand ourself and what we are going through.
