My experience has been amazing from start to finish. Dr Mansi was patient, gentle, accommodating and professional. The process was explained well, however, I feel that certain aspects need to be shared in advance of the procedure to help patients plan their schedules better. For example the facial swelling that occurs is a hindrance when you have face to face appointments

and needs to be explained in advance so that the patient can plan a few days away from major meetings and engagements! On a personal level I felt that the level of privacy offered during the treatment was adequate but feel that there could be a little more privacy when there are 2 patients being treated side by side. The technicians were efficient and helpful as was the front office staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I do feel that the website should have proper contact details and that the front office staff should maybe answer the phone by introducing themselves with an appropriate greeting, The criticisms here are meant to be constructive and I hope they will be taken as such because with the exception of a few little things- the entire team is dedicated, professional and sincere. Overall my experience has been absolutely fantastic! Thank you for all your care and I am certain the results will speak for themselves! Thrilled with the prospect of new hair!

Met Dr.Abhishek and he told me to do hair transplant (fue) 5000 grafts . And i did the surgery it was painless it took 3 days session. Now its been 5 months and i got really good results i can see hair now not scalp anymore . Dr. Archana was superb in her work. I have not faced a single pain in my 4 session. It was a very smooth transition. She has not wasted any time and was very professional in her job. She was updating me regularly on what is the progress and that helped me to remain calm. I would also like to thank the full team of the procedure Shahbaaz, Jyoti, Yuvaraj and all others who were there. Vinita was also of great help and I would say she has good potential to flourish further.

Well, I am writing this review after almost one year and in this period my experience with the doctors as well as with the support staffs has been really great. I wanted to go for hair transplant and after visting several clinics I finally zeroed in to Assure. I must say I am extremely satisfied with my result. In this last one year, my look has totally transformed. The professionalism and friendliness shown by the doctors and supoort staffs is commendable. Special thanks to Dr. Tarun; a great human being who will make you feel at ease from the first meeting itself. Special mention to Dr. Abhishek, Dr. Shehnaz, Ranjeet sir, Dilip, Yuvraj..you guys are doing great job..just keep it up..I would definitely recommend Assure to everyone who wants to go for hair transplant, because at Assure, your head is in safe hand.

You guys Assured me a meet with Dr. Abhishek Pilani yesterday 15th march at 8.30pm but he was not there. What kind of path€tic service is this. Can't you guys confirm with the doctor and then give appointments to customers. I had to cancel my work appointments to meet this doctor just to know that he is not there at the clinic and was not supposed to come today.

And it was mentioned that there would be no consultation charges but when i inquired from the reception desk they said that consultation charges are Rs.1000/-

Your promise is definitely not fulfilled and i demand a voucher worth Rs.500

Great doctors and staff .young experienced team .i was very confused as there are so many docs in this field but after meeting dr abhishek I knew this was it. Patient and explained everything v well . Did FUE hair transplant and found him excellent as whole procedure was pain free. Dr Samruddhi was outstanding . I was very comfortable when I met her and she put so much effort in my implantation to give me the density I desired. I did not require any pain killers probably due to her excellence in her craft .Dhara madam was very professional and co odinated all my queries with the docs very well .the costing was also very competitive and well in budget . Thank you to the entire Assure team .

Awesome...!! My treatment sessions for full body laser hair reduction are over nd I m very satisfied with the results ..got superb results ..! Whole staff is very humble and hard working . The whole team of Dr. Pilani is very professional & friendly.

At the outset I visited Ms. Dhara for consulatation for hair implant. She was very elaborate in explaining the entire process. She was very professional in fixing up my appointment dates and follow ups as well.

I went through 4 sessions over four consecutive days. Each session lasted about 4-5 hours on a average. The doctors and staff are so warm and friendly that I felt at home over this entire duration.

Dr. Pilani & team really put in lot of efforts in my hair transplant process , which was carried out meticulously. I am confident that I will land up with super results.
