She spends time on making you do the exercises until you get it right. The focus is not limited to reduction in pain but she also provides guidance on how not to end up with pain in future. I was suffering from knee pain for the past two years . Doctor did detailed assessment on me and Gm found the root cause of the issue and prescribed an good exercise .
