I have undergone gall bladder surgery in 2022, due to the pain related to the surgery I have not maintained proper posture during that period. Because of abnormal maintenance of the posture, it resulted to mid and lower backpain.

I have suffered a lot for this pain and looking for a treatment which helps me to recover the condition. Since this condition is not getting improved i have visited the doctor who performed my surgery and explained the situation is kind enough to suggest the physiotherapy for the better results and improve the situation of the backpain. I have been searching for good physiotherapy clinics in Hyderabad and finally found Active life Physiotherapy clinic.

I have visited Active Life Physio therapy.., Kukatpally. This clinic is very far from Shamshabad. Initially I was little hesitant and worried to travel that long for Physiotherapy treatment. But after visiting the clinic i have been guided to meet and consult DR. ROJA madam for the treatment. I have explained my pain severity to DR. Roja Madam, she listened to my history of health issues and very patiently did the consultation by asking questions and doing physical examination. Finally, she concluded that I have kyphosis and very mild scoliosis which is causing pain for my back. Dr.Roja madam explained me the reason for Kyphosis and scoliosis are because of the abnormal posture that i have maintained post-surgery complications.

Dr. Roja madam suggested the treatment procedure for the above said conditions and explained to take the pain relief treatment for 15 days. She also mentioned that the total treatment for posture correction will take a minimum of 6 months to one year provived with the disciplin that i follow to do the exercises. Initially i have taken 15 days pain relief treatment which resulted to reduce my back pain. It gave me lot of confidence to continue the treatment for the next 6 months. In the next phase of treatment Dr.Roja Madam started posture correction exercises once the pain is reduced. She also advised on how to maintain posture during performing daily activities. I have been visiting from past 8 months alternate days to continue the exercises prescribed by Dr. Roja Madam. She made sure that the exercises are monitored by herself, also she changed the exercises based on the improvement of the condition. During this course of time i have managed to do the daily activities (like taking care of the kids, cooking, domestic works and all regular chores) which were a tough task prior to this. Dr. Roja madam’s dedication is very much commendable, she is very passionate about her work and takes care of patients with utmost priority. Some times it was really tough for me to travel that far to kukatpally from my place, i got motivated with the kind of the treatment given to me by Dr. Roja Madam. She almost monitored my condition in a daily basis. Though Dr.Roja Madam is very busy treating lots of patients day in and day out, she made sure that i was informed about the timings and appointments when she can spend time to work on my condition. This shows her commitment and dedication to each patient. Dr.Roja Madam treated me in scenarios where i couldn’t perform the exercises properly, her technique of explanation helped me to understand the result of the stretches and exercises which drove me to take the difficulty and surpass the condition of pain and helped me to resolve the rigidness in the stretches. Now, I am happy to see the difference myself and especially the difference is observed and appreciated by family members and my near and dear ones. Madam also advised brace, It is a dream come true and thanks to Dr Roja madam for her continuous support. Dr.Roja Madam helped me in not only the treatment and getting back to my original shape she also helped me to boost my confidence.

I can proudly say that Dr.Roja madam is my all-time Doctor for any pain related, posture related issues. I recommend her to each person who suffers from back, shoulder or any kind of physio related issues. I reached active life with sever pain in the neck and arm and Dr. Roja has attended me ...she listend to me and immediately told me that I have cervical radiclupathy and started her treatment to reduce the pain. In doing so she was confident, energetic, patient and professionally clear on what to do and showed lot of empthy.

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and minor rotator cuff tear recently with extreme pain and very limited range of motion in my shoulder. I have undergone two weeks of treatment with Dr. Roja at Activelife physio center. Dr Roja is a very professional and skilled doctor and she listens to patient queries very patiently. Got Consultation and Physiotherapy Post-surgery for severe Ankle Fracture

I had a serious ankle fracture and was required to do physio 6 weeks post-surgery and consulted Ms. Roja for the same. I found her to be very professional and sincere in her approach not compromising in the least bit when it came to treatment. She was not only polite and friendly in her interactions but also educated us about the various aspects of my condition and how to be more aware in terms of posture and usage as well as while doing exercises. She has in the course of treatment been particular about assessing the situation on almost a daily basis to make any changes or adjustments if required and was quite patient all through.

She is going to be our go to physiotherapist from now on and I would thoroughly recommend her to everyone.

I'm very glad that I approached Dr. Roja on time for my physiotherapy issue. she is a great and Excellent physiotherapy doctor.

She knows each and everything about the physiotherapy process. She is a great personality who is very professional and reassuring. She has Good knowledge on the patient issues and working on the correct treatment path to make it success. More over she is very processional in addressing the root cause of the problem quickly.

Initially she examine the patient condition and work on the treatment procedure writes everything in patient file and Explain to the patient condition with clear steps which any one can understand easily though they are medical Terms. I had severe low back pain and frozen shoulder issue.

Before we consulted Dr. Roja we had consulted few doctors and not happy with all treatments we had taken.

She gives an extortionary treatment by which patients get motivated towards the exercises rather than depending on Electrotherapy.

She takes step by step solution to our problem. And most importantly patient get relief by with in three days for sure. She does cupping depends on the patient condition which does magic.
