Ms. Rindha Challa (Physiotherapist)

My father came from Rajamundry to visit me in Hyderabad. He had tail bone pain for some time but it became unbearable in Hyderabad and after looking in google I found PhysioSelect.

I took him to PhysioSelect and asked if any Xray or MRI is needed . They examined him and with some manual tests they were able to pinpoint the issue and gave assurance that there is nothing to worry and no need for Xray or MRI.

Dr Rindha was quick to identify the problem and suggested the **** treatment and the time required for it. She also explained the cause of the problem and precautions to be taken to avoid injury. In my case, the treatment worked like a miracle. With Dr Rindha .. I felt I was in safe hands !

I went to physioselect due to sleeplessness, nerve pain and knee pains. I’ve learnt pranayama, jyoti dhyanam and exercises for knee pain at physioselect. Been practising them at home post treatment too. I’ve had great relief from the pain and also sleep better now. Dr Vrinda is highly skilled in identifying the problems and designing the right treatment. I highly recommend physioselect. Their staff and management are a dedicated lot.

Physio Select is one of the few places that emphasize on patient care and recovery over money. I actually wanted to pay for 7 sessions butDr. Rindha asked me first try 4 and then decide if I need additional sessions. Needless to say, 4 was enough for my recovery. The clinic is a dedicated center for Physiotherapy and has a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Rindha is qualified and friendly. She spends enough time treating you and go beyond to understand the root cause of the problem. Highly recommended.

I was on a visit to Hyderabad and got this disc bulging problem. I visited Physioselect for physiotherapy sessions to recover from the pain as I had to travel back from Hyderabad. I took 6 sessions in total and the treatment worked wonders. I am very happy with the overall experience, the interaction with the doctors and the treatment provided of course. Highly recommended for physiotherapy.

Listened to what the problem is and took personal care in giving advice as to what needs to be done to improve my condition. For eg. having a small chair in the kitchen to avoid putting weight in one leg.

She kept me very comfortable (like a friend) during treatment.

Further she advised & explained some exercise to do it in home which helped me to recover quickly.
