I had a very nice experience with her. One of the main reasons I would recommend anyone to consult her is because of her home friendly diet and one that you can continue for months. It's not too strict that you get tired after 1 month and also not too lenient to revert back to your past ways. The results may not come fast but after 3 months you feel a lot healthy and fresh than before. Not just diet, she also recommends a proper healthy lifestyle and good habits that'll keep your mental health great too. I undertook this diet during a very stressful period of my life and not once did I feel any discomfort or tiredness and still continuing it. (I lost 8 kgs in 2 months)

I have known Anubha for many years but never went to her for the weight loss programme or for any fitness regime. Consulted for weightloss and she understands the regular diet and give sustainable changes. She does focus on long term and not qny crash diet to lose weight. I feel light after following the diet.

First of all I read all the lovely reviews about this dietitian and decided to go to her (I regret this decision ). Like every other youngster , I sleep late and eat junk. I know it's not healthy. But let's face the truth we all indulge into junk (Be it pizza, Burger fries, papad, bhujia, pakoras etc ).

I was thin like a stick but due to my personal life stress I gained extra 10-12 kgs in 4 years. Last year I had severe knee injury and this year I was diagnosed with knee arthritis and was told to loose weight. I have severe vitamin deficiency also. So I thought I should consult a dietitian for the purpose of loosing weight as well as becoming healthy. Okay now why do we consult a dietitian, obviously to get a customized meal plan that will not only suit our personal lives but also motivate us to carry on with it.

My experience with her certainly was very bad with her, she started behaving rude to me after knowing my unhealthy lifestyle. What a silly thing, if I followed a healthy lifestyle in first place then why would I go to her. Coming to her diet plan for me was only milk, fruits and green veggies with two rotis a day without oil n ghee in food , I very well know if I stop eating every thing other than veggies n fruits I will become slim, but will gain in no time back when I start eating other stuff and also I cannot follow this whole my life. Plus I have severe vitamin deficiency and weak body so I needed to include many other foods and eat in adequate quantities, which she did not cared about . She is quite expensive too . If you don't like the meal plan don't go for packaged sittings.

P.S. If you are rujuta diwaker fan you will definitely not like her! Invest in rujuta diwaker's books its a better choice than this dietician.

Dr Anubha has been an angel to me. She is very calm and positive in her behaviour, listens to all your problem calmly and matches the diet with your taste and requirements with all nutrition. we never have to make extra efforts for following her diet,it’s just like your normal day routine food. She will never fail you to reach your goal in a healthy way.

It’s been an year following her diet, I met her when my sugar levels, cholesterol,weight everything was high. Within 3 months everything was under control and I was able to loose 18 kgs.

Even my pregnancy journey was also very smooth with her guidance, with her diet never had any extra craving, because was getting everything according to my body’s requirements. No thyroid, sugar, BP problems throughout my pregnancy.

I would like to recommend Ms Anubha Saraogi to any energetic and determined individual willing to work hard, in order to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle. She is very charming and spontaneous. I am extremely satisfied with her diet chart, because within three days I reduced 1 kg , obviously along with strenuous gym workout with my trainer. I like the fact you can contact her at anytime.
