Doctor was not available..and they didn't mention anything while taking the appointment... Receptionist was very casually telling that the Doctor won't be available for a week as she have to attend some conference. They have to mention such things while taking the appointment..Terrible exp i say..

I am see and visit by Google reviews and practo reviews it excellent but this clinic very expensive, my wife have PCOD problem but the doctor writing test more like cost of tests is 12000/- around. And do allow outside test reports also. And consulting fee also very much.

It is important to be open to patients about the disease.******* ********* **** *** ****** *** ****** ***** *** ******** ******* ** ** ********** ** *** ***** ********I strongly recommend that Doctors working here need to be more sophisticated and specific about understanding the patients.

I dint get periods regular at all.so medam suggest me to for higher methods.if I wear tablets means only will come periods . with others doctor's also I consulted.they also gave tablets but periods didn't come.swapna mam tablets I weared best result in my boby.my periods are coming

She should spend enough time with the patient to diagnose the problem. It's not about giving plenty of tablets and tests. We should get hundred percent knowledge on the current problem that we are facing. If she gives just 2 minutes to treat **** *** ********. Waiting time is long but treating time is less. It's not what we expected.

Made us comfortable, listened and understood the problem well, doctor swapna explained the possible reasons for the problem and the treatment plan with a model and suggested additional care needed.

Although the conversation, with courteous ness and care shown, it felt very good and that doctor swapna was absolutely the one a patient might really want to get treatment from.

Madam has holistic knowledge on the subject and she could analyse the problem sharply and quickly in few interactions. We are happy with Dr. Swapna madam' s kind and cordial dealing with us. Thank you madam. By God's grace, we hope and wish that the treatment will work for us.

I am totally dissapointed with doctor treatment *** ** **** *** ******* *********** ***** *********** ******* there is no proper patient and doctor relationship. Two months I spended but there is no success and also doctor also never followup abt this

****** ** ***** But, I'm very disappointed with location of the clinic. Its right above a BAR. The clinic is on 3rd floor and we have to use lift/stairs which is common for customers of bar and patients. Ladies would feel highly uncomfortable and unsafe in reaching the clinic because drunk people share the same lift. We faced this uncomfortable situation during our last visit and wouldn't wish anyone else face the same.

I won’t recommend this doctor. Very very very expensive tests and in spite of we are having all the records they insists us to do those tests in their hospital it self and said not considered if you get it from other place. Junior doctor will check all the reports and senior doctor won’t even care for the reports. Their is no privacy at all nurse will stand beside us. Senior doctor just saw us less than 2 mins. This is not at like a hospital where they even care about patients problem ****** **** **** ***** ***** ** ** ***** **
