I visited Dr. Gautami in Feb-March of 2020.
They were very bad times of my life, I am still thankful to her.
She helped me overcome my anxiety with minimal medication. I recovered but stopped medication without her advice and am facing the brunt of it now. Getting treated by her again
Even though I am hard to deal with, she has always been patient with me, and she is always available on the phone.

She, clearly and patiently, listens to the problem, explains the problem and the underlying cause of the problem. She is so good at detailing the background of the issue, nicely attends to all the doubts that we put out. She makes sure that we are not missing out on any other points of the problem. Then she clearly discusses the treatment options and rightly directs us to recovery. At the end, she definitely asks, “is there anything else you want to talk about?” - this makes you feel you are not alone in dealing with the problem.

First of all mam was friendly and explanation of medicines and issues with a smile. I visited many times and medicines are working in my favour.
It's been more than a month that I am consulting her. As of now, I am very happy with the treatment. I haven't gone through any problems such as late consultation or unnecessary expenditures for tests and all. All has been fine till now and the whole experience has been supportive to me.
The doctor was very patient in understanding the issue. Very meticulous and took time understanding the issue. The reason for prescribing medication was also explained. One of the most professional doctors I've met.
