Had septoplasty and sinus surgery in Nov 2015.
Came for review with prior appointment @11am on 17 Apr 2017. There's absolute apathy towards patients time, or commitment of appointment. Wait area is small.
In 2 hrs, they only saw only BP, and not giving any indication of when Dr Deendayal will check.
About 20 other patients with later appointments have been sent for review.

Doctor is famous and I totally agree with it. No process is being implemented. They give a appoint and nothing happens at that particular point of time. . No number process. Long waiting hours. No guidance from staff. they will kill your whole day
