Empathy and 'connecting with the doctor is extremely important for the comfort of the patient. That was there to a very high degree. She was also explaining to the other very nice, friendly doctor, Dr Shravani. That enhanced the experience.
Dr GM explained patiently, and as many times as I requested., which improved my comfort levels. Her reassuring pats on my cheek made me feel like somebody who cares for me was operating on me. She was genuinely showing concern. That was not the case with an earlier doctor at the Tooth Company who was too distant.
I would definitely recommend DR GM and TTC to all with delight and confidence.
Even the support staff at TTC were very proactive and cheerful. Please do mention this feedback to them as well.
State of the art equipment and explanation with immediate showing of Xrays, show the efficiency and increase patient confidence
The ambience and Tom and Jerry add to the class and cheer.
My only negative comment is that it is a tad expensive for retired senior citizens like m me. I am running 74 with no income and increased longevity.
TTC must consider a subsidised rate for people like me.

I have been visiting The Tooth Company for over 5 years now. My first visit was to address a cavity which required a root canal treatment and a crown. Dr. Shailee and Dr. Akanksha ensured I was extremely comfortable throughout the procedure and the outcome was excellent. Apart from being adept at their practice, Dr. Shailee and her team are probably the best at explaining the issue, patient management and post treatment follow up. The ambience at the clinic defies any negative expectations one might have about visiting a dentist - a clean, warm and welcoming place that I now visit frequently for a quick check and cleaning.

I was in completely trauma bcz of the accident i met the same day. There was lot going on with my complete body. It was aching, i had bruises in n out my mouth which was non stop bleeding. But Dr Shailee and her team made sure and assured me that m ok. During all the surgeries they co operated with myself and made sure i am ok and only proceeded whenever i was ready.
Must say- The complete team is amazing.
Thank you Dr. Shailee and your team for doing the best. I am looking forward to recover soon with no signs of it in future. See you soon in my next appointment.
