I went to visit Dr Nagaraju for Hair fall treatment, as I already had PRP earlier , he suggested to go for GCF . He failed to convey the same to staff, who ended up doing PRP GCF. They identified the mistake during the second visit and doctor Nagaraju went furious and shouted on me and on staff for taking/ giving blood and initiating PRP GCF instead of GCF. When questioned about extracting 16ml of blood, Dr Nagaraju got frustrated that the loss incurred on the equipment is most valuable than the blood loss. He even started giving arrogant answers when questioned about the ambiguity and miscommunication they had internally. I ended up paying for the treatment ***** * ****** ********* And there is no response for the blood loss I had. ** *** **** ***** their PR , dentist and staff started attacking verbally which made my kid panic who accompanied me. Please be aware.I wish the PR enable conversation on the review to provide answers to her questions. Attached screenshot of visiting there clinic for second session. For the clinic sake even if We believe that I forced them to take my blood for the second session. I would like to question them the reason for taking my blood on first session **** ** ** *** ******** *** ****

The Doctor is good but his support staff is pretty bad. They tell you that the appointment is confirmed but make you wait for an hour.
