Very disappointing experience.
As an international patient, I was initially told that before/after photos and a virtual consultation would be provided. Based on that, I went ahead and made travel plans.
When I followed up, everything changed. No photos, no guidance, no virtual consult—just a refusal to discuss anything without an in-person visit, and I was told to “look for another surgeon.”
I was not asking for guarantees—only basic guidance before international travel. The issue here is the complete reversal of what was initially communicated.
If you rely on clear communication before making a medical decision, proceed with caution.
