In India, we are striving hard to balance modern lifestyle choices that are based on self-determination with traditional customs and values. We attempt to tailor evidence-based therapy practices to the needs of the Indian population.The COVID-19 pandemic has been a catalyst for change from traditional face-to-face therapy to online therapy. When technology has become such a crucial part of our lives, we at The Mind Tab feel excited to use it for a great cause. This transformation is aiding the mind tab to increase conversations around mental health on social media, create safe spaces for people to share their mental health experiences, and most importantly, make talk therapy more accessible.
