Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue
I was admitted in care hospital as I had severe Gastritis pain, after admission Dr Swathi made us do the CT scan(chest and abdomen). Stone was diagnosed and she told that I need to undergo ERCP procedure to retrieve the stone. The pain was very severe.
After the procedure, I had acute pain in the abdomen then she said there is high chances of getting pancreatitis issue after ERCP procedure(THIS WAS NOT INFORMED PRIOR THE PROCEDURE).
Looking at the severity of my pain she got me to the ICU for pain relief . I was there in the ICU for 3 days and except for pain killer, IV fluid nothing was been done.
* *** ****** ******* *************** ********** *** **** **There are bunch of interns visiting the ICU ******* *** ********** ******** *** *** ******** ************* they did ultrasound and found my lungs was collapsing and asking me to breathe ******* ** ****** * **** ** **** ** ****** My SP02 was drastically falling because of collapsing lungs.
Dr Swathi used to visit once in a day but never spoke or took any action to save my lungs

Doctor connected with us after 15 minutes on chat, later she was connected on video call, she was in a hurry and the entire conversation lasted for not more than 5 minutes. she was lacking empathy and the way she sounded was a bit rude. I personally think that for the kind of fee she charged, there should be a minimum courtesy in talking to a patient. Patients already come with physical pain and suffering, doctor should understand their psychological state, this doctor is lacking in that area. I regret consulting her and would not recommend her to anyone.
