Admitted with cardiac problem on 21.10.2015 in KIMS HOSPITAL UNDER DR RAVI KUMAR ALURI. ANGIOGRAM DONE. ONE 90% BLOCK FOUND AND PLACED STENT. AFTER THAT LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IS THERE IN MY CONDITION. VISITING TRY MONTHLY. NOW I AM FEELING BETTER. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TREATMENT.

Overall experience was average,Reason for the same is staff was not providing enough time to understand patient problems they were in a hurry to accomplish the turn around time of their duty which will not make patient delight .Request you to focus on these areas,I also see no humbleness while interacting with patients,Request you to work on these areas .you guys are in service industries
