I met Doctor Puli Chandrasekhar for covid treatment after watching his interview in TV.In the first meet it self iam very much impressed with the way he examined me and the attention paid towards me.He started his treatment educating me about precautions to b taken.very next day two of my family members tested positive .I immediately contacted him and examined my family members in video call and prescribed medicines.subsequently all my 7 family members tested positive.He treated all my family members with so much of attention .Three of my family members are above 80yrs.when I insisted to admit them in hospital he advised me not to admit and assured all would be safe.He has taken utmost care and every day he reviewed the position and advised suitably.** *** *** **** **** *** ************* very less medication all our family members are safely brought out of this deadly disease.I profusely thank Dr Puli Chandrasekhar for his exemplary talent in treating deadly diseases.Iam very much surprised when one of the patient's son was explaining how his father was survived from cancer which was treated by Doctor Chandrasekhargaru.I feel we are fortunate enough to have the services of DR Puli who has very rich experience in U.K for about 18yrs.I hope our people not only from hybrid but also across the country would be benefited by Doctor Puli Chandrasekhar particularly related to gastroenterology.

A highly shocking experience:

a) On entering Dr. Puli's cabin, first he told the very intimate details of the previous 2 patients' condition trying to highlight what a good job he had done. Patient confidentiality down the drain.

b) Dr. Puli made us get the "Comprehensive" blood test done at the in-house lab so that the results may be obtained in half an hour and he may provide the prescription. The test comprised:

Kidney Function Test

Liver Function Test

CBP

For these they charged Rs 4300!!

Any respectable lab (Dr. Lal Path labs, Thyocare etc) charge Rs. 1100 for for these tests.

c) We kept calling the clinic after 1 hour to get the prescription but they did not take the call. Finally they took the call and said he had already left for the day and will provide the prescription next day by 9:30 am.

d) Next day we kept on calling since 10 am one in 10 times when they took the call, they said that already he clinic is full and they can't interrupt the doctor. Finally the prescription was provided at 5 pm.

e) The medicines prescribed could not be found at any respectable pharmacy and we had to go for substitutes. One medicine 'Kralfate O Suspension' was particularly difficult to find as even Google did not return an results. Finally we found out that its actual name was 'Macralfate O suspension'. How can a doctor provide wrong name of a medicine?

If he were the only doctor in the community I would not have written this feedback since something is better than nothing. But given the availability of other doctor I would recommend not giving our hard earned money to Dr. Puli.

Hitherto, I am under the misconception that Doctors look at their patients as Currency Notes, till I met Dr. Puli Chandrasekhar, Gastroenterologist of London Gastro Clinics in KPHB, Hyderabad. I am grateful to you doctor for your treatment to my problem. You are one of the best one I have ever seen. The way you speak to the patients by asking them their background and at the same time exchanging your experiences with patients at different levels, and sparing much time with them inspite of busy schedule, is really appreciable and feel that we are with a family member. You are not only an amazing doctor but most importantly you are a great human being. Lots of thanks to you Doctor.
