Yes and a No on the doctor recommendation.

Never on time and wait time is always there for consultation also the timing says 10 to 1:30 pm but doc comes only by 10:30 and later

I had very bad experience :( :( :(

My 10 month old nephew was suffering fro cough and the evening he got fever suddenly and severe cough. I could see 8.30 slot is available so I booked. When we went there before 15 minutes nobody is there in reception. After 10 minutes attender came and he said doctor is not there and went out to chit chat with neighbours. We were sitting there in a confusion and frustration without knowing what to do. I went to him and asked what should we do (with an obvious anger because of helplessness). He shouted at us in return saying I was supposed to call them even though I booked in Practo. We were in a real distress. Don't really know whether to blame Practo or the doctor or the attender or OURSELF.

Searched in that area and found another hospital (not in Practo, kind of lost faith) and able to find another doctor by 9.

He is been very cool person. Listens what we say carefully. He will answer all our queries . Checks very carefully and provide medicine with proper dosage. When ever my kid is not feeling well, he will always says dad come will go to Bhadra uncle for checkup. I will recommend everyone for their children.

practo appointment is not considered. your name will be added to the end of the queue irrespective. what is the point of appointment if this is the case.
