This review is going to be elaborate as I don’t want to miss out on any details of my wonderful health transition journey at Yahweh wellness center.

I have hypothyroidism with PCOS and weighed about 200 pounds. I didn’t have periods for at least 10-12 months because of my sedentary lifestyle. I didn’t realize how big of an issue it was at that point of time.

At first, I was apprehensive about finding a good wellness center and service in 2020 because of the pandemic. My mother and Rachel ma’am from VLCC, who has now opened Yahweh wellness center, are good friends. My mother suggested me Yahweh wellness center because at that point Rachel ma’am had shifted Yahweh wellness center practice to her home and it would be safer for me to attend the sessions without the fear of COVID-19 transmission.

The first thing Rachel ma’am made me do was to stop the birth control pills and just included one heathy food inclusion in my breakfast and I’ve been getting my periods every month naturally since then, which I still feel as nothing less than a miracle. Later, she gave me a diet and monitored my diet daily. She tailored the diet according to my food habits. I lost around 18 pounds through the diet alone. Then, I started attending therapy sessions at Yahweh wellness center where she used different equipments to help loose weight at targeted body locations. In addition to the therapy session, Rachel ma’am was kind enough to give me additional time to teach me aerobics and yoga. Overall, I lost 50 pounds under Rachel ma’am’s guidance in 5 months. I also wanted to loose weight to look good in my wedding pictures and I’m happily married now.

I recommend anyone with weight/thyroid/pcos issues to trust in Yahweh wellness center for their genuinity, transparency, patience, and wealth of knowledge in tackling the aforementioned issues. Yahweh wellness center is always willing to help anyone with their weight issues. Even during the tough pandemic time, Rachel ma’am made the journey easy and comfortable by providing weight loss therapy sessions in a homely environment. I’m always grateful to Yahweh wellness center for helping me with my weight loss and PCOS problems.
